- Advertising accounts must be owned and controlled by the client.
- We may request limited access solely for campaign setup, optimization, and management.
- The client is responsible for compliance with each platform’s advertising policies and terms.
- We are not responsible for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, policy changes, or platform downtime.
- Results depend on market conditions, budget, creatives, and platform algorithms; no performance guarantees are made.
6. No Collection of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not request or store sensitive personal or financial information, including banking details, card numbers, or payment credentials. Any payments or billing details must be provided directly to third-party platforms or payment processors.
7. Refund Policy
